Visual Spaces | Visual Dreams – between nature and construction

Staged photography, video (2026)

This artistic work combines analogue photography with AI-generated video. It takes its starting point from two staged photographs; nature and mystical symbols such as the egg, the bird and mist are the central motifs, serving as ancient carriers of meaning in human cultural history. The video sequences repeatedly return to these photographs – and thus (symbolically) to the origin.

I have deliberately guided, refined and painstakingly crafted these visual transformations, sequences of images and atmospheric intensifications in a series of steps. The AI acts as a creative tool within a controlled creative process. The result is a visual narrative that bridges nature photography, digital art and artificial intelligence.

After Fire – Exit for the New

Scorched earth – silent breath – new trail

Installation, Video (2026)

“After Fire – Exit for the New” is an installation exploring destruction, vulnerability, transformation and return, an encounter between material, the body, artificial intelligence and nature in a state of transition.

Membrane

Performance in public spaces

A thin partition or covering, capable of vibrating and allowing selective permeability – this is a membrane that stretches like skin whilst remaining flexible. The one-off performance, set amidst the seclusion of a forest, plays upon these properties of the material, whilst also using it as a surface that reflects the interplay of light and shadow cast by the surrounding trees.

Radical Harmony

Macro Photograph

The macro photographs focus on the fragile structures, fluid transitions and surfaces found in nature. When magnified, these images create visual spaces that oscillate between abstraction and figuration. Beauty is not presented here as escapism, but as a form of attention: a concentrated perception of the fleeting, the vulnerable and the transient.

Fragile Origins – Unseen Nest

Photography, sculpture

This series of artworks explores the egg as a universal symbol of origin, potential and fragility. The staged photographs, macro shots and sculptural works oscillate between observation of nature and symbolic condensation, addressing themes of transformation, protection and transience.

Not a Fish

Macro Photography

This series of photographs explores the instability of biological and visual systems of order. It begins with macro photographs of plants, fungi, flowers and organic structures which, when magnified to an extreme degree, lose their distinctiveness and give rise to forms reminiscent of animal anatomy, marine organisms or unknown insects.
